What is a Nationwide Protection Plan?
Until now, there has been a void in prearrangement packages. To fill this void and provide for caring and efficient transport of mortal remains, The Cremation Society of New Hampshire has created the Nationwide Protection Plan. This assistance program responds when death occurs anywhere in the country, utilizing a network of priority senders.
Why does everyone need this plan?
Although travel is an accepted way of life for millions of Americans, virtually none are prepared, either psychologically or financially, to deal with bringing home the mortal remains of a deceased person.
The Cremation Society intervenes quickly and directly when called upon to do so. This is very important at a time when the deceased is sometimes far away from home where different state laws and regulations may otherwise prevent the family's wishes from being carried out. No individual or family, not even the largest multinational corporation, can mobilize the resources available through our Nationwide Protection.
When an individual covered by Nationwide Protection dies outside of our service area, the family is completely relieved of additional financial considerations above and beyond the regular Cremation Society rates, and the need to make critical decisions at a time of great stress. One phone call will take care of everything involved in arranging the cremation and returning the cremated remains from anywhere in the country to the location specified by the family.
The Nationwide Protection Plan will cover the added cost of arrangements to locate a local funeral home and crematorium, transport the remains, obtain permits and medical examiner certification, perform the cremation, process death certificates, and ship the cremated remains.
Summary of Benefits:
- Pays all additional costs related to cremation.
