CSNH hosts Veterans' Day Open House

Join us on Tuesday, November 11 as we welcome the many Veterans and families visiting the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen for Veterans Day. We will have coffee and refreshments and provide tours of our new facility on King Street - en route to the Cemetery. Pardon our appearance! We are still in the process of renovating the building, but we couldn't pass up an opportunity to visit with those that have served their country or loved ones paying their respects.
For more information about our newest location in Boscawen, call 603-796-2528 or email .

 November is National Hospice Month
This month we celebrate National Hospice Month and the dedication and amazing work Hospice and Home Health care providers do everyday for patients and their loved ones.

CSNH works with a number of hospice care providers regularly both in a supportive role and as a partner for end-of-life care patients and their families.

We honor all the caregivers who lovingly provide comprehensive care and support for patients through the end-of-life until death. We recognize these individuals for their strength and compassion at such a difficult point for families. It takes a special person to help loved ones in that transition and we respect those that are committed to making a difference.

Whether it be to seek end-of-life care for a loved one, or to become involved as a volunteer or caregiver, if would like more information about hospice care, contact us at or at 800-493-8001.
