Cremation Society in Boscawen
The Cremation Society recently opened a new facility in Boscawen at 172 King Street, not far from the NH Veterans Cemetery. This home will provide assistance to residents in the Greater Concord area and beyond. And in the next year, the Cremation Society will expand the facility and include a state-of-the-art chapel, similar to the chapel at our Manchester location on Hanover Street.
"Not only does this facility provide a local option to those in the Boscawen/Concord area, it will provide a beautiful site for services for our Veterans and their families close to the Cemetery," said CSNH President Buddy Phaneuf.
Phaneuf notes that many people from across the state arrange burials at the Veterans' Cemetery, but they have limited facilities in the area to hold services at, forcing them to drive from a local home that could be over an hour away.
"This is a convenient location where families can meet and mourn without an hour or more procession in between services and the burial," he said.
An added convenience: The Cremation Society of NH offers a number of Veterans Benefits and Packages. For more information, please call the Cremation Society at 603-796-2080.
As a member of the Cremation Society, you can receive member benefits and affordable cremation services for a membership fee of $30. Now, with our family plan, your whole family can join for a one-time fee of only $60. This payment plan allows a family of up to four people to lock-in to a package at today's rates and ensures that some day, when services are needed, your wishes are carried out and your loved ones don't bear the burden.
If you're already a Cremation Society member that would like to add members of your family to your arrangements or you aren't yet a member but would like to learn more, contact Jeff Plasz at 1-800-493-8001.
